Booking is easy:

Cancel and Rescheduling Policy
［Cancellation fees are as follows］
・Cancellation 14 to 8 days prior to the session: 30% of the plan fee.
・Cancellation 7 to 3 days prior: 50% of the plan fee.
・Cancellation 2 days prior to the session or on the day of the session: 100% of the plan fee.
［Regarding fees for changing reservation dates due to customer circumstances］
For date changes made less than 14 days before the scheduled event date, the following fees will apply.
・14 to 8 days prior: ¥5,000
・7 to 3 days prior: ¥10,000
・2 days prior to the event date: ¥30,000
※However, this rule does not apply to changes due to bad weather forecasts; we will handle such cases flexibly.
As this is a private session, if you are more than 30 minutes late, we may have to cancel your session as we cannot reschedule the next private group.
Arriving Here
Please arrive five minutes early for your guest intake. The full private experience lasts about two hours. Let us know of any special mobility or size requests beforehand so we can ensure your comfort in our historical building.
